Shipping policy

For US standard shipping of in stock orders, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for standard shipping. For US standard shipping of custom orders, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Please keep in mind that shipping may be delayed due to COVID.  We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur.  We currently don't ship internationally. 

After order been processed, tracking info will be provided at the email address on file.  Please make sure the shipping address you provided is correct and contains all the necessary info (apartment number, etc.) to ensure a successful delivery.

We are not responsible for delayed, damaged, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.  If a package is returned for any reason, please reach out within 48 hours so we can assist you with resolving.
